Membership

Join the Desert Height Charter School PTSA and get involved in your child's life! The PTSA (Parent, Teacher, Student, and Association) encourages you to become a PTSA member and become part of a TEAM that is dedicated to making a positive influence in our children's educational experience. Parents/guardians, grandparents, students, businesses and all staff are welcome to join. We all know one of the most important things we can do as parents, guardians or grandparents is STAY INVOLVED with our kids!

Membership is $5.00 for individuals. Your membership dues cover the necessary insurance coverage required for PTSAs and gives you a voice to make a difference. It also provides your membership in the Arizona and National PTSAs. When parents and teachers get involved our children benefit. We have monthly meetings that you are encouraged to attend to discuss upcoming events, etc. Please contact Annie Diaz, our PTSA Membership Chair or attend one of our PTSA meetings for more.

Volunteers

We are looking to set up committees for each event to ensure everyone can enjoy the event with their families. Please let us know if you are able to help out in anyway by clicking here. Even 30 minutes of your time is very helpful and much appreciated.

We understand that not everyone is always able to volunteer their time, but if you are able to volunteer your help in other ways, please let us know. We can always use a helping hand somewhere whether it might be making copies Tuesday folders, delivering items to the classroom, etc.

We also welcome any services or items that you can donate to the PTSA. Such as if you are a small business owner that can donate your product or services to the organization that is always welcome!

A special thank you to all the volunteers throughout the year. Thanks to moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles and everyone else who gave their time and talent this year. We thank you, the school thanks you and most important the kids thank you.
